Processing Time All JoCo Naturals products are handcrafted in small batches in Hollidaysburg, PA. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rate is a flat rate $6 added at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $75.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. 

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we grow!

🏡 Local Pickup & Drop-Off We love serving our local community! If you're in the area, we offer two convenient options at no extra charge:

Local Pickup: Friends and neighbors are welcome to arrange pickup directly from us in Hollidaysburg. Simply select local pickup at checkout or contact us to coordinate a time.

Local Drop-Off: We are happy to deliver your order to you if you're located in the following areas:

  • Hollidaysburg
  • Duncansville
  • Claysburg
  • Bedford

⚠️ Warm Weather Shipping Notice Tallow is a natural product that may soften or melt during transit in warm temperatures. This does not affect the quality or efficacy of your balm. Upon arrival, if your product has melted, simply place it in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes to restore its texture. We recommend storing in a cool, dry place during summer months. Melted products are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages JoCo Naturals is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local carrier and reach out to us at [your email] — we'll do our best to help.
