So when you massage an oil cleanser onto your skin, it binds to the excess sebum, sunscreen, and makeup sitting on your face and gently lifts it all away — without stripping your skin's natural moisture barrier in the process. Most conventional cleansers use detergents that don't discriminate — they strip everything, good and bad, leaving your skin scrambling to produce even more oil to compensate. Oil cleansing works with your skin's biology, not against it.

The Blend & Its Purpose:

• Tallow – The cornerstone of everything we make. Rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, tallow mirrors your skin's own natural oils — making it one of the most effective and skin-compatible cleansing bases in nature. It dissolves impurities while keeping your moisture barrier fully intact
• Jojoba Oil – Structurally similar to your skin's own sebum, jojoba helps regulate oil production as it cleanses — making it ideal for both dry and oily skin types
• Apricot Kernel Oil – Silky and softening, apricot oil nourishes as it cleanses, leaving skin smooth and supple after every wash
• Castor Oil – A gentle but effective makeup lifter, castor oil helps break down even stubborn pigment — including eye makeup — without harsh rubbing or irritation

The Scent:

• Lavender – Calming and balancing, lavender soothes the skin and the senses
• Lemon – Bright and clarifying, lemon brings a clean, uplifting freshness to your cleansing ritual

How to Use:

Pump a small amount onto dry or damp skin. Massage gently in circular motions for 30–60 seconds, allowing the oils to bind to impurities and makeup. Remove with a warm, damp cloth. Follow with your favorite JoCo Naturals balm or toner.

Upon arrival, if it is melted, simply place it in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes to restore its solid texture. We recommend storing in a cool, dry place during summer months.
